30-Day Returns
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not satisfied with your Pater Filus watch, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Engraved / Personalized Watches
Watches with custom photo engraving are made to order and are final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return
Email paterfilus@gmail.com with your order number to request a return. We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different watch is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us at paterfilus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
