- Photos for engraving: if you use our photo engraving feature, we collect the image you upload. This photo is used exclusively to produce your custom engraving. It is never shared with third parties, used for marketing, or stored beyond what's needed to fulfill your order.
- Browsing information: pages viewed, referring website, and general device/browser information, collected automatically via cookies.
- Marketing information: if you subscribe to our emails, we collect your email address to send order updates and marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your order, provide customer support, produce custom engravings, send marketing emails (only if you've opted in), and improve our website and product offerings.
Third Parties We Share Data With
- Shopify: our e-commerce platform, which processes and stores order data on our behalf.
- Payment processors: to securely process your payment.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Meta may collect browsing data via cookies when you visit our site.
- Email marketing platform: to send order confirmations and, if you've opted in, marketing emails.
